Hexa Resort is a conceptual hospitality project designed to create a comfortable and visually appealing retreat environment. The project includes multiple villa units, a central main building, a temporary wedding venue structure, parking areas, and recreational spaces such as a children’s playground.
The design focuses on efficient space planning, functional zoning, and coordination between architectural and structural elements. The project is assumed to be located in the Magnetawan area, and the design has been developed with consideration of local zoning by-laws and planning regulations.
Revit was used for modelling, plans, sections, and documentation, while rendering tools were used to produce realistic interior and exterior visualizations. This project demonstrates skills in BIM modelling, design development, and presentation suitable for real-world construction projects.
