Hexa Resorts BIM Coordination

Exploring how I developed a full Revit model for the Hexa Resorts project, including villas, main building, landscaping, and temporary structures. Focused on creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.

As part of a group academic project at Fanshawe College, I contributed to the development of a full Revit-based 3D model of the Hexa Resorts project. The team modelled four villa blocks, a main building, parking areas, playgrounds, landscaping, and a temporary wedding venue. My personal contributions included creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural families, and coordinating parts of the model to ensure consistency and compliance with the Ontario Building Code. I also assisted with producing renders and 3D views to communicate design ideas clearly. This project strengthened my skills in BIM workflows, model coordination, and collaborative design.
