Crown Plaza is a mixed-use commercial plaza designed as part of a digital presentation project. The development includes a coffee shop, gym, burger hub, and textile retail store, organized to support functional circulation and an active commercial environment.
The design emphasizes user experience, accessibility, and efficient spatial planning to create a balanced retail and leisure destination. Building Information Modelling was used to develop accurate architectural layouts and coordinated building elements.
Revit was used for detailed 3D modelling and documentation, while Twinmotion was used to produce realistic real-time visualizations and walkthrough presentations. This project highlights skills in BIM modelling, visualization, and presentation development.
